We've got an intel matter that needs your attention - Oscar Ramirez, a former FARC commander. He specializes in freelance bombings, assassinations, false flag ops... he's been useful, but now he's become a liability. While completing an unsanctioned contract at the Rio de Janeiro Weapons Expo last week, this idiot killed three of our senior operatives. Our best guess is that this was a case of collateral damage - too bad for him. We believe he's seeking asylum with a Zheng Shi detachment camped at a local oasis. Retire him.
